The quality, taste, and value are excellent at Snooze. The hot coffee and the cold nitro brew we had were great! We split the seasonal mini pancake flight to try them.
My wife had a breakfast bowl that she loved. The bacon is so tasty, the eggs were cooked right, and the green chili hollandaise sauce was unreal! He was really amazing with the number of other tables he had. Eatery () 4. Our waiter was great and really worked hard to make our breakfast enjoyable. We put our name on the list, arrived at the check-in time, and just waited about 10 minutes before we were seated. On a Saturday morning, the wait was 60-70 minutes when we checked. Do yourself a favor if you plan to go to Snooze: get your party on the waitlist via the app or Yelp. Coming to KC for the weekend have us the opportunity to check out this location. My wife was a first timer but very much enjoyed it. I have been to Snooze in many cities so I knew what to expect at the Overland Park location.
